Restoring Your Heart is a safe small group ministry that helps people deal with unresolved pain from their past and the problems that result from this pain. To keep the group safe each of the participants must sign a covenant agreeing to rules that keep the group safe. The group is composed of 4-8 people of the same gender and the meetings last 1 ½ to 2 hours. Restoring Your Heart groups are often life changing.

Everyone has some unresolved pain from their past. A person will learn about their needs, how to understand their emotions, and what healthy relationships look like. We frequently have misconceptions about God, other people, and ourselves that require correction.. We may also have developed some addictions and defense mechanisms that get in the way of having healthy relationships with people and with God.
